rev:text	PLEASE HELP!!! How do I get home Depot to refund me and get this stupid water heater out of my home!? I want a full refund and I am scared they won't because Delta did the installation. It doesn't work AT ALL like what I was sold over the phone and it is SO noisy. They sent out a Tech who reeked of week to do a secondary inspection and he said he would contact his district manager. I asked him well why did you come out then? I now have to take a third day off work to get someone out to my house to discuss my dissatisfaction with the regional manager and I just want the crap taken out and a full refund. I can't deal with these incompetent people. And they RUINED my house. Busted holes in the wrong spot that blew off my baseboard and left grease stains EVERYWHERE including on the ceiling. Please help. How do I get them to take this piece of garbage out and give me a refund??
