  • Basically we wanted to buy our lease out. After saying everything was good they wouldn't let my husband and his mom cosign on a loan and she has incredible credit all because of a bankruptcy my husband isn't even a part of. We tried and tried to make them understand and got BS the whole time soooooo done. Got a car from another VW problem solved. Wont be returning back to them. Would have been the 4th car my husband had leased from them well I guess number 3 was the last. Did I mention we paid off the lease a month after we got the car so no late payments and they tried put a claim in my bankruptcy for 3,000 and got denied because I had proof thank god still in my email that they were paid off in full. Thieves just want money and have horrible customer service. Will make you think everything is good and call you a couple days later saying they need the car. Ridiculous!
