  • Total waste of money. I wrote a private full review on the company survey I was emailed and I'm absolutely shocked that a manager has not called me to discuss my experience or to offer a refund. Their customer service seems to be the same quality as their hair and makeup services.. POOR. I don't like trashing businesses on public platforms but please heed my warning. The hair style fell out 20 minutes later (after a $10 upcharge for one small side braid to be done) and the makeup looked like a clown. I had to cancel my photoshoot due to this.
