  • The bank is clean and new the single Taylor that they have working is very friendly. 12 people in line and only one teller is unacceptable. At least six employees working in the bank five of them were not helping customers. Two employees that stood in the lobby greeting people as they Came in does not make any sense. At times they were more busy talking to each other than customers. At least one if not two of the employees should've been at the windows helping customers to get in and out of the bank quickly. Overall this is a poor use of payroll and bad customer service
