  • After my review of San Palacio on Yelp I received a call from San Palacio but I am not sure it was for that reason. I actually believe she cared. I have to say it renewed my faith in them. The property manager was up beat and more than kind. She stepped up to my concerns and I greatly appreciate it. I won't name your name but you know who you are. Thank you. I am a firm believer in personal interaction. Sometimes regulations are designed to solve a problem but accomplish exactly the opposite. The property manager understands this and I regret any negative impact that could have been perceived by my mistrust. Your professionalism and personality made my day. The only critique I have is next time just ask. You are a super star. Mark Taylor is lucky to have you and your staff.
