  • I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! I had taken my bridesmaid dress in to get it brought out since I was pregnant. Well, I paid $80 up front and decided to step down as my position as a bridesmaid since the material of the dress wasn't going to be exactly alike when it was done being altered. So, the same day I went, I emailed them asking to cancel my alteration and refund my money. I received an email at 2:41am 2 days after the fact that was obviously to one of the employees stating not to give me my dress and asking if I was rude and other things. Also saying to charge me $20 fitting fee. That didn't fly with my husband. Thankfully, I got my refund back and my dress. Customer service was also horrible.
