  • Bait and switch quotes!! Quoted 59.95 on the phone wanted $250 once they got to my home. After the tech finished my carpet looked worse than he started. The machine was old and needed manual handling through he process, I felt horrible for the tech. The manager was very combative on the phone when I expressed my concern and said he doesn't issue refunds. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! If I could give 0 starts I would!! HORRIBLE!!
