  • Totally horrible new client first visit. They said they called me to confirm appointment asking for kids social security numbers. I didn't get that voice mail. I got a voice mail calling to confirm appointment. I called back then showed up for appointment. Filled paperwork out but they said they couldn't process paperwork with out social security numbers. I drove home got them came back. Then they said sorry for miscommunication but we needed your husbands. Ugh. The dentist goes to lunch and they wanted me to reschedule. Totally unacceptable. I will never go their with my four kids! Their loss. I have never written one review on yelp. I hate that this is my first.
