  • I cannot say enough GREAT things about this hotel. The staff of Hyun and Jerry are exceptional. Due to horrible US Air uncustomer service while horribly delaying a flight out of Boston, I was unexpectedly stuck in Charlotte overnight. Luckily for me: I found this hotel. New, clean, lovely. Really. Even for an HGI. AND here was why I'll return to this hotel, and tell this story about true customer service: great personable van driver Jerry brought me over from airport. I was checked in by Hyun around midnight. We had a nice chat. He listened to my travel woes. I asked for 4 am wake up call and to be on 5 am shuttle. I slept through both-ugh! And Hyun was so nice and proactive: he called my room at 508 am, woke me up, said he notified I wasn't on the 5 am shuttle, asked if I meant to miss it? I was so shocked and frightened! I needed to be on this early morning flight and Hyun saved me from not getting to my work engagement. I quickly dresses, caught 530 am shuttle, and had time to spare at the airport. Made my flight, got to Houston appointment 5 min before meeting was to start! Thanks to Hyun's proactivity and good listening! SO grateful.
