| - First impressions: Simple setup just like any other car wash, list of prices and names, pushy salesman, mediocre area inside with some chairs and a tv; seems decent. Chose their top wash, the VIP for $22.
During the wash: The employees were attentive during washing and drying. Manager was sitting outside watching employees. The car wash was dead, only 2 other cars.
**Discovered this business had only been open for just over a year, the other reviews from before that must be from a different company with a different name.
Inspection: Everything looked alright, had them clean up a few areas they missed. On my way out was thinking nothing special, nothing begging for me to come back, 3 stars. When I drove off and got home that quickly changed...
The inside was cleaned really nicely. They wiped everything down and vacuumed the floor mats. The outside is a different story. There are dried water spots below the wipers and along the back window. Bird poop still on the top and back of the truck that didn't get wiped down during the wash. I was able to scratch it off with my nail (it wasn't very difficult to remove). Soap smears on the black plastic along the trim, mirrors and window frames. The bed of my truck wasn't even touched with water as there were still a few sticks and light dirt in the back.
Eeeek, VIP best wash?? That's a joke. The $3.00 quick wash by my house does a better job.
