  • Total Wine's website is slow. Its account creation flow has redundant fields. The "Submit" button on its account creation flow doesn't work, a critical bug. The Billing Address entry fields are mistakenly hidden. Some of its pages fail the load, in various browsers. Adding items to the cart is very slow, and sometimes fails to provide a confirmation message. When you add things to the cart, there is no way to select the number of items. In-field help text doesn't disappear when the user starts typing in the field. The only good thing about the site is the layout and design, which are clean and navigable. As for the store itself, its selection and prices are excellent.
