Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Moved 6 months ago and transferred my service. Only to get two bills instead of one. It took 3 months to resolve that issue. Now through this entire time my cable has never been hooked up. I have made countless calls, emails and even tried their online chat. I have spent hours on hold only to have this disconnect me. I call several times and cant even speak with a representative. I have tried to cancel, have someone come out to hook it up, anything. But cox has not assisted me once through their phone or websites. Hard to keep customers with so many have horror stories of their service with you!!
