I have used Dodge twice now, with the most recent job being yesterday. I was not getting power to my outlets in my kitchen, and didn't know what was wrong. I called Dodge at 7am in the morning, and I had someone at my home by 12:30. They were even able to give me a call when they were an hour out, so that I could still go to work.
The electrician came in promptly and was very thorough with evaluating the situation. He was able to diagnose the problem and fix it within 30 minutes, all while being very friendly and courteous. He was also very helpful in educating me of what was wrong, and what he was doing to fix it.
The very next day, I found that I had no electricity to my garage. I was a little disappointed to find another problem, and thus called Dodge one more time to see if I can get service. When I explained the situation to them, the person knew what was wrong instantly and was able to walk me through how to fix it myself. I really appreciate not to have another service call and have power back in my garage.
I feel like I can trust Dodge Electric with any job, and feel like they are not overcharging or taking advantage. I'll make sure to call them again with any electrical problems or renovations I may have in the future.
