If you have United Healthcare, I'd look elsewhere. Care Now has a BS policy of charging you $155 even when they are in your network and you are responsible for much less (in my case, $50), and then you have to wait for a refund check to show up. The only reason I stayed was because I didn't have any other options besides the ER to treat my injury in a timely manner, but I do not plan on returning to any Care Now location if I can help it. UH paid them over a month ago, and not only has the refund not been sent, they are still showing it as pending approval.
It is unfortunate, because the care I recieved was decent to good, but their billing practices are not cool. Get it together and set it up so that you can verify benefits on site, like the rest of the modern world.
