  • About a week ago I called about a home they have for rent with no answer. I later got a call back from a woman named Carla. She was nice and was able to make an appointment to look at he home that same day about 5 hours later from that phone call. I met here there and waited for an hour and she never showed up. I tried calling her and triumph a few times but neither answered. So I leave and hours later she calls back and I tell her about the situation and her excuse was "oh I'm sorry, i was so busy... actually I'm still busy so I couldn't make it" I then ask if she can meet me still and she said "it's very far... but call at noon tomorrow and we'll see". I then tried calling triumph to see if another agent can help but still, no answer. This is not how you treat customer. It's a shame because I really loved the home but I'd rather keep looking than deal with a company that I can't ever reach.
