  • My husband and I went in to Northlake LensCrafters on a Friday evening, mind you he had the glasses already picked out and everything. The slack ass employee (AA Male) had no interest in helping us. We were looking for the frames he saw a few weeks prior and they were gone. We were the only people in the store and he didn't even come up to us after we were clearly searching in a certain section for a certain pair. After we were getting frustrated; I finally went up to him inquiring about a certain stock #. he automatically said they were sold out. Didn't look in stock, offer to call another store or anything. Now that I think about it, I don't even think he stood up. So, we looked for another pair for a few minutes and left in disgust. Guess what, we went downstairs to Northlake Optical and spent $533. on 2 pair of glasses. Nice employees there, that's for sure. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to LensCrafters.
