  • To start out...I cant stand when a review indicates the "sketchy" description. Let's talk about what this place is. It's a beautiful landmark park in the middle of downtown Phoenix. It has an amusement park, 18 hole golf course, community pool, tennis & volleyball & basketball courts, softball field, playground and lagoon filled with ducks & geese. You can fish here or rent a canoe or paddle boat & spend a day here enjoying the outdoors in the middle of the city. I am fortunate to live in close proximity. With all the recent improvements, it can only get better.
