I went to the Bedmart store located on Hayden just south of Frank Lloyd Wright Blvd in Scottsdale. After entering the store, I told the salesman that I wanted a price on a specific I Comfort mattress. I gave him the model name and size I wanted and was told they did not have that mattress in stock yet. I was then passed off to the manager who went to their computer and told me he found the mattress and it would be $1799.00 and that they had the exact same the mattress, but by a diffent name. I then asked why it was $1000 less than other stores and was told "we are a family owned business, not a large corporate owned business, and so we can sell the same mattress for less". This deal started to sound like a "used car, trust me", type of situation. I then left the store and went to another well known national mattress store where I showed them the name of the mattress that Bedmart was trying to sell me and they told me that it was not the mattress that I was orignially trying to buy. Bedmart needs to understand that if you tell the truth, you won't get caught in lie. And you will not loose a customer and referalls for life. BUYER'S BEWARE!!!!!
