  • I lived here for 5 years. It's an ok place. The rent is reasonable and the location and grounds are great. The maintenance staff is pretty good too. Nothing about this place should scare you away, but the townhouses are dated and cheap. Expect a sky high electric bill in the winter because there is no gas service and the air conditioning doe not cool the top floor very well. I also had a problem with mice that management refused to deal with.
