  • The door was not open when I walked past the entrance, I opened and walked inside. Two ladies were standing at the counter and I asked if they were open. They assured me yes and went back to talking to each other. I proceeded to peruse the shop looking at each section and looking at the items for sale. I was not ever offered any assistance and the ladies never attempted to assist me. As I was walking back towards the jewelry right next to the counter a lady entered the store and the employees spoke to her promptly they may have known her or they may have been another shopper. I proceeded to fill out a slip of paper for a gift card expecting that this action might draw an associate my direction. As I was feeling out the slip of paper an inappropriate song played on the radio. I felt like I was not a welcome addition to the store and that is disappointing because this was one of my planned things to experience on the trip. DISAPPOINTED!!!
