  • We attended a great four course dinner paired with Tito's vodka drinks last night. The food was excellent and the drinks were very good but we were extremely disappointed that the Palm saw fit to add a 5% "administration fee" to our bill without prior notice. The waiter said it was to cover other staff such as the hostesses but the explanation that came after we signed our bill was that it was to arrange for the dinner which we thought was sponsored by Titos. A great night that left a bad taste due to the Palms stingy business practice.
