When I made my appointment I told them what was wrong (I'd already gone to urgent care, who had recommended seeing a hand specialist because of the type of injury I'd received). They insisted they were competent in that area, then at my appointment took unintelligible x rays and actually knew less about my injury than the urgent care doctor had. They still charged me for the appointment and had to refer me to an actual specialist--so I still don't have answers a month after the injury. Maybe it's me, but it seems completely unethical to charge for services you promised you could provide, but actually could not do anything. I have insurance, I did not need a referral. Instead they wasted my time and money on absolutely nothing. They refused to refund the cost of the appointment despite the lack of services provided
