  • I feel like I shouldn't even waste my time writing this review. But hopefully, the staff or management will get it together after some feedback. I made a doctor appointment in March for a check up with a OBGYN doctor at this facility. They told me that the soonest available was on May 4th so I went ahead and took it. I was hoping for something sooner but I understood that since I was a newer patient, it would take longer to get in. I received a call on May 1st to advise me that my appointment has been canceled. Umm.. Ok. The lady on the phone said that they sent me a letter (in the mail) to notify me. Which by the way, I never got. So, she asked me if I would like to reschedule. Of course I said Yes. I've already been waiting for 2 month, what's another week? SIKE! They told me that I wouldn't be seen until JULY! Are you kidding me? So basically I have to wait a total of 4-5 months just to get a check up? I refuse to go back to this place. What a joke! I would understand if I canceled and the wait time was that long....But since THEY canceled on me, VIA MAIL, I would think they would adjust and get me in sooner. I'll go to someone who cares about their patients. No wonder they have such horrible reviews.
