| - I stumbled upon this place when I went to pick up an ice cream cake at the Cold Stone nearby. Walked in thinking I could get a little info on some new comics, but walked out feeling like I've found a jewel in the west valley.
Aside from the impressive life size version of Yoda (and by life size, I mean Yoda-size), I was also greeted by the friendly and knowledgable owner, who made his passion for his store very clear by answering any questions I had with more info than I expected. This place is in very good hands. Because he was so easy to converse with, it was almost like vibing with an old friend. Looking forward to more future conversations.
But we all know it's about the merch, and this place is covered in incredibly neat stuff from floor to ceiling. Of course, there are shelves and rows of all kinds of comics, which will easily eat up a lot of your time. But you could also spend another good chuck of time admiring the figurines, statues and memorabilia that line the tiny aisles and every wall. Really now, I don't remember seeing the actual walls because they are behind an impressive amount of product.
Bottom line, this place is a fantastic comic store run by fantastic people, and it just made itself a new frequent customer.
