  • This is a case of a business that should truly shine brighter than the light allows. I have now purchased 4 of my vehicles from this store and for very good reason. The staff are top-notch, in management you have the incredible support and guidance throughout your experience from sales manager Kevin Wright. Chad Hansen, finance manager always handles my paperwork and is very detail oriented to ensure everything is processed correctly. Tukk Hysi and Dave Bonanno, both true gentlemen in sales, with a wealth of knowledge that I consider unparalleled by most in this business. Both Have been at the store a decade proving their dedication to the customers they assist. Kevin Gjerstad in service, offers a level of commitment and customer service I've never before seen at a Volkswagen store (in service). He takes your expectations and meets or exceeds them every single time. He communicates and takes the time he needs to ensure your happiness. Last and most certainly not least, the stores general manager Chris Powell, will take the time out of his busy day to say hello, and ask how you are doing. At first glance, you'd not know he runs the store because of the level of humility he exemplifies. While some things and experiences in life may not be perfect, VW North Scottsdale does a phenomenal job at allowing you to feel you aren't just a consumer, but instead a valued and appreciated customer.
