| - I'm totally coming back here y'all, oh lord. Right off the bat, the place can be loud and busier than other restaurants, but given the location, I think this is expected.
I came here for dinner with my mom and her friend and we started with a round of drinks at the bar. I ordered my usually Moscow Mule and was underwhelmed. Maybe it's because I had been sick a little earlier in the week, but it definitely did not rank as one of my top favorites.
The food totally made up for the drink though!! We started with the Calamari and the Bruschetta Trio Sampler. I've never had bruschetta, but I really enjoyed it, especially the one with the prosciutto, ricotta and bell peppers. I think this was the chef special for the night, but I hope it's available for more than one night.
For dinner, I had the Lobster and Shrimp Fettuccini and WOW YALL. So good!! Slight spice, wonderfully creaminess and a portion that was out of this world ($22.50 I believe and I still took some home).
For dessert, we had the New York Style Cheesecake and Creme Brûlée. I love me a good creme brûlée, and this was def one of the best ones I've had. I wouldn't have ever come to this restaurant on my own, so I'm really glad my mom and her friend decided to take a different route for dinner.
