| - I should have waited a bit longer before posting this review. Unless you are paralyzed or severely injured, this place just collects your money.
Initially, they provide you with guidance. You meet with the PT, and an assistant guides you through a routine. This happens like twice until you are left to your own devices. It be okay if you they set the expectation that you'd be on your own, but it took me a several sessions to figure it out. All the while, I'd just be waiting.
The PT will never see you after the first visit. I inquired about exiting after a month, and he was like okay. Didn't examine me or check my progress.. just said okay.
For the most part, this place is just completely hands off. It's frustrating because you never really know if you're doing things right. They may show you once or twice, but that's it. The three assistants are too busy "serving" 10 plus clients that have during your time slot. On a positive note, the staff is really friendly.
As I stated before, I hate PT and this place made my hatred grow. If you have to go, go elsewhere.
