  • Lessoned learned. Ask how long it will take to get something done with your tires before you show up. I called in advance and asked "if I sneak in before 4 PM can you rotate my tires?" Answer from the rep: "yes!" So I drove a half hour to get here, about 3:30 PM, just to find out it's a nearly two-hour wait. A two hour wait would've been nice to know when I called. What a freaking waste of time.
