If i could give their delivery a negative number I would. This has to be the worst delivery service I have ever seen. We were promised delivery on Friday and they had ZERO contact with us unless we called them. It is Saturday night and I have had my delivery pushed back 4 days till Monday with no logical explanation. With how inept they have been I doubt I will see it then. They decided to take off on Friday (no call), Saturday another poor excuse (no call until I called them) and when I asked for a Manager I was told he is being an idiot today and will call me back (no call received, don't want to break their wonderful track record of ineptitude). So now I have to take another day off to get my purchase on Monday. It's sad because the sales associate when we bought it was great. I feel sorry for him because he is the only person who seems to do anything properly at this location. I will be calling their corporate office because they obviously fail on the delivery side of their business and they do not care that they fail either.
Update: As much as I said bad things i have to give you kudos for one person Manny. Manny the Manager came in on his day off and brought us our refrigerator. Manny is beyond excellent and you should consider doing something special for him. He brought our refrigerator and made a quality installation on his own with his son. He went far beyond expectations. Now the rest of your employees and other managers need customer service training really bad on how to appease your customers. If the rest of your employees had a quarter of Manny's dedication to the customer then this would not have been an issue. Thank you for your dedication Manny. Please teach it to your fellow Managers and staff. We appreciate you Manny very much. If you do go to this store ask for Manny, and only Manny. I raised you to a 3 in rating. Manny is a five plus.
