| - I booked 2 simultaneous facials for Valentine's Day. When we entered the unit the owner Mirjana was on the phone and barely looked at us, she seemed upset. Her assistant was a bit cheerier. We sat and filled in the forms and then were instructed by the two ladies to go to the rooms. The place was clean the rooms were wonderfully decorated and calming. I have no complaints about the service other than maybe the scrubbing part went on a bit too long and was drying out which didn't feel too pleasant, and the steam which felt like it was aimed directly at my nose was making it a bit hard to breath, but other than that I was very happy that I was tended to for the full hour, unlike some facials where you'll get a mask or something and then get left alone for 10 minutes. The electrocution wand thingy was a little bit painful on my newly squeezed pores and the lemon water towel, though lovely smelling, made my lips tingle a bit uncomfortably. Other than that all the products smelled nice and felt good. Your hair will get oily from the scalp massage (which was very relaxing and the best part for me) so just don't plan to go out afterward, or maybe bring a hat.
Their website is currently advertising a facial for $50, but when it came to pay the bill I was charged $75 and the assistant explained that the discount is only if you get service from the new girl (who wasn't there and I wasn't offered this option when I made the appointment). It doesn't specify this on their website or on the sign on the front desk, so I felt that that was misleading. However I was very happy with what we did receive for the $75. We weren't offered any tea and only I was offered water after the facial. My mom had no complaints whatsoever and would actually like to go back, so because they managed to make my birthday surprise a success, they get a 4. Oh and they didn't push their products at all, so that was also nice.
