We will never step foot in Crown Acura again. Very disappointed with this dealership and the owner (Acura Corporate was also notified). My husband needed to take his 2014 RDX in for service...2 weeks later the part is still not there and they want their loaner back. So, he had to take his car back in once they received the part. What a hassle!
Here's the kicker. My husband and I were out and needed some change for the parking meter (My husband keeps spare change, $13.00, in an old glass case in the console). He reached in and opened the glass case, and it was completely empty. We were like what the heck. Of course, we thought it was the kids, but it wasn't. We were racking our brains...then we thought Crown Acura! Yep... that's right. Someone from Crown Acura took the money while the car was at Acura for two weeks. My husband emailed the service manager. The owner emailed him back and offered him a free oil change. Really? I know it wasn't a million dollars, but someone from your dealership stole money from our car and the best you can do is give us a free oil change? No way! Very disappointed! I tell this story to anyone that will listen, and will never recommend this dealership to anyone.
We just bought a 2018 Acura MDX from Serra (Park) Acura. I hope the $13.00 in change was worth the loss of a sale Crown Acura! By the way, the men and women we worked with at Serra were appalled at our story!
