  • Shifty couple! These two have forgotten who is paying their Range Rover payment. Initially you will be treated well but once you've coughed up the $1,000+ and are resigned to budget $100 a month for maintainence you're on your own. Not to mention the 'white lies' they tell you about how curly the extensions are..not! How 'It takes 1 day to get over the discomfort of the metal beads', not true! Try 4 days of very little sleep and Advil. And how the owner and help talk negatively about clients that are coming in that day! Not to mention after 6 months when my original hair was replaced, I received half the amount of hair in a different color! My colorist/stylist noticed there was considerably less hair and 'gaps' where there should have been extensions. The worst part though was talking to Scott about it. He was rude, abrupt, and condescending. He did offer to have Katy 'fix' it but when pressed for answers, he feigned ignorance. How uncomfortable would that appointment have been? You've been warned...
