  • I tried Novel at the Phoenix Night Market in April. I've been wanting to try it for a while now and was excited to see that they were one of the vendors at that event. The line was very reasonable and moved quick which isn't something I could say for all vendors that night. I knew I wanted an ice cream sandwich of some sort but I was torn on which treat to choose. I decided on the fruity pebble crispies treat for something a little lighter than a donut since I wanted to try other food from the vendors at the event. For the filling, I love red velvet so it was a no brainer when I saw that they had red velvet ice cream as one of the options. Highly recommend this place for some flavor options that are pretty unique on your choice of a donut, or a rice crispies/fruity pebble base!
