  • I gave two stars because the description for yelp two stars says "Meh. I've experienced better" ...and that pretty much is exactly how I feel. Meh. Disappointed and bummed out. I really want to like Melissa's. Everything on the menu sounds wonderful, and I enjoy the atmosphere. The first time that I went there a few years ago, my food was great. ...But finally, after yesterday's experience I had to ask myself "Why do you keep going back?" My two stars is not based on a single experience, but multiple occasions with issues or let-downs every time. I don't want to write a long post complaining about every detail. I hope they're able to bounce back and get it together. I wish them the best. But yesterday I finally came to the conclusion that personally I've given up.
