| - When we arrived the sales girl was very kind and really seemed genuinely interested in providing great customer service.
While I understand it was busy, after a while we began to become impatient with the process.
You just get sick of sitting in a dealership. It seemed an eternity.
The Manager grew increasingly rude as we interacted with him, especially when we asked how much longer it would be. He said he'd check, but never returned. We seemed to really annoy him.
The worst part of our experience was our interaction with the finance guy, "Chad".
My family and I had discussed the cars warranty and decided not to buy an extension, as we knew it would come up.
Then, while launching into his hard sell on the extension, I interrupted "Chad" to say we didn't want it.
At that point, as I dared to interrupt him, "Chad" turns to me and says " I will finish speaking, if that's ok with you".
Nice.
A brand new experience for me, as I have never before paid thousands of dollars to be told to shut up.
Customer service truly at its zenith.
