  • Staff is not trained on accepting McDonald's app promotions or there systems were down! either way it's not the first time this inconvenience happens at other locations too! I really enjoy using the app for promotions, offers, etc. but one of the worst experience a customer can suffer is the feeling that they are responsible for contributing to a longer wait during a rush because the staff is not trained or the systems are down! I love McDonald's! Their product is delicious and top shelf! I stopped in and was served quickly aside from the inconvenience of the transaction!
