  • I know, I know....car dealers are slimy. But there has to be a worst of the worst. This dealership is the worst. I have never dealt with a more dishonest, lying, rude, despicable group of people in my life. I don't think any of these people have spoken an honest word in their lives. From the service writers to the service manager, to the numerous sales managers...every single one of them that I spoke with (and that was eight of them) has lied to me. They made promises, false statements, tried to weasel out of performing warranty work, damaged my car, and have even acknowledged that they caused the damage and are liable for the cost, but refuse to reimburse me. This has been going on for nearly half a year now and they are still lying and most recently saying: "we just aren't going to do anything for you"... all after repeatedly admitting that they owe me the money and promising a check.
