  • I base the legitimacy of a Mexican restaurant on whether or not they offer chorizo. So this place is -- as the young people say -- legit. Take that how you will. My very unscientific and uncultured account of this restaurant was satisfactory. It seemed to be authentic and really embraced this style of Latin cooking, serving sizzling fajitas in a cast iron pan to the table. It wasn't the best Mexican restaurant I've ever been to in Pa. That's El Toro in Erie, Pa (RIP). But it's a better option than Mad Mex or Taco Bell. I would recommend this place if you're in the area and jonesing for some spicy treats.
