| - OMG. My poor, poor hair. This place and its supervisor-instructors are more focused on being trendy than their customers.
My hair was cut way too short, about FOUR INCHES shorter than what I asked for. By the time I noticed (the back of my hair was being worked on first), it was too late. The supervisor didn't seem to care; it was nearly closing time after all. The supervisor's fixes made my hair even shorter. Oh and it's still uneven. Yep, even the supervisor screwed it up.
What was the worst part, salt in the wound, is that my hairdresser couldn't blow dry my hair straight. As in, didn't know how... even I know how to do that. What the heck is he doing, being allowed to cut hair if he doesn't even know how to blowdry?!
Again, I was shocked at how brusque the supervisor was. Who runs this place?? The 25-year old wannabe hipster-non-hipster typical Vegas type, seemingly not too clever. I am not some country bumpkin, I have traveled to 40 countries and done all kinds of spas/salons blah blah blah. I went here because of the yelp reviews and I needed to kill some time before meeting up with some people who were very close to this place. Oh, it was also an ordeal to obtain an appointment. Twice, they scheduled me for thr wrong date and/or time. After at least two phone calls to confirm (because I had my doubts). They did finally get it right when I showed up, at least!
I am not confrontational by nature, so I guess I would have had to have a s-fit before anyone would give two cents about me. Never again.
