  • Super annoyed with this office. I have a very limited schedule and was told new patients are schedule far out (4 weeks). I was okay with this because I'm only available Tuesdays, so I'm used to waiting for appointments. I was scheduled for 2pm and was given a call the day before to confirm it was at 2pm. I arrived at 2pm and left at 2:52. Not seen. I couldn't wait any longer. I've got other plans for my day than to sit in a doctors office when I've already made an appointment. I work in a place where we have to give patients a time to come back for their stuff to be ready. And it's always done at that time or they receive a phone call before. I was never extended this courtesy I also think it's very unprofessional for the front desk girl (the one that's 26 with 5 kids. Idk her name but that description is what she told another lady) to be cussing every other sentence when speaking to someone across the room. Cussing is fine. Just not at work at a medical professional office. The entire wait I didn't get an update or a sorry. I won't be back or give good recommendations for this office
