  • I purchased a 2014 Scion XB here Jan 2015 and paid extra for the extended warranty. I only just got to 25k miles and when I took my car in to my local toyota dealership I was told the warranty I have was for synthetic oil, and my car can only use regular oil. (the warranty I was sold was more expensive). I have been calling this office weekly and have not gotten a call back. I love the car, and the salesman was quick and easy, but I DO NOT recommend purchasing warranties through this dealership. Now I have an overpriced warranty that will expire years before I reach 70k miles, and I'm still paying out of pocket for every other service.
