One of the better Teppanyaki places in Las Vegas.
Key point of Teppanyaki is the fried rice! If the rice is bad..... forget it.... you can't recover. Hokkaido's fried rice was good.... so lets continue.......
Good service, good location.
Started off with a nice cold sake (always the best way to start teppanyaki)
Then a really nice spice to the edamame... good and hot!!! Ooooooo Yeah!
Salad was crisp and fresh and a good ginger dressing. Miso soup was good quality.
Entree: Shrimp was very good. Lobster was even better!!!!
Super tender, juicy, seasoned with butter and garlic, and their dipping sauce has a little extra touch of flavor which was a nice treat.
Lets get back to the fried rice...... the key reason to return to a teppanyaki restaurant is the fried rice, there is nothing like fried rice cooked on a teppanyaki grill.... this one is worthy of returning.
