  • Wow, a fantastic local company that understands the concept of customer service. I called and spoke to Mike, one of the owners, and informed him of an issue we were having with our built in bbq. He took the time to listen and comprehend the problem we were having. Next he offered to send one of his service techs or partner over to our home to take a look at the bbq since they were already in the area. I asked him for a cost before sending anyone over and he said there would be no charge to look at it since they were already in the area. Now, Cox take note, he said he would call 30 minutes before arriving.....and he did! Unfortunately they were to busy to come that same day, but he offered up the same deal for the following morning. When he made it out to look over the bbq it was what he suspected over the phone. Of course nothing is easy! So after he figured out the solution to the problem he came up with a plan and it worked perfectly. Now are grill is working as it should have from day one! Highly recommend giving Mike a call as his customer service is excellent and pricing is more than fair. Definitely did not feel like I was taken advantage especially since this is an area I just don't have too much experience in. Thanks again and on to happy grilling!
