What a surprising place! Too bad the place was dimly lit or I would have taken and posted pictures. So crowded that we had to eat at the bar, but they had special wooden placement to make eating at the bar very easy. Sitting at the bar, we were near the live trio entertainment. Something of a "old style Vegas act" performing 50's Rat pack type music. Up front and close they were quite the impressive guys. Anyway lets talk about the food. First, the bartender/waitress was extremely friendly and helpful. We followed her suggestions for the specials. A buratta and pancetta bruschetta on toast with roasted red peppers was just excellent. Next we shared a caesar salad which was a little disappointing - just kind of flat in the way of flavor. The entree was really special - very fresh ingredients - a garlic shrimp over fettuccine. The sauce was not ready or too rich and had some sausage, fresh tomatoes. The only thing that would have made it better was larger fresh shrimp. Had a great night here. People watching is always a great entertainment!
