| - Came in to pick up a car for a few days, talked to Bryan at the desk, who was super friendly and helpful. I reserved online, gave my flight number, and the pickup was already ready by the time the plane landed. He helped us add on a few things to our reservation and answered all of our questions knowledgeably. After we got our reservation finalized, I went down and was greeted in the same warm manner and was even offered a bottle of cold water. We took out a Ford Focus, had some fun in AZ for a few days, and then dropped it off a day early with no problems. When dropping off the car, I was asked if Enterprise could do anything better with regards to customer service and I responded "I highly doubt it."
Of course, the next day, I'm proven wrong after I discovering that I left all my keys attached to the car key, which I left in the ignition when I dropped the car off. I ran through the airport in 100+ degree weather in a mad rush to catch the car before it was driven off and before my plane flew off. Huffing and puffing, I asked the people downstairs if they had my keys. I was told that the car was probably driven off already and was pointed the way to the lost-and-found upstairs. I was then told upstairs that my car was still in the lot! So I ran back down, and as I passed the help desk, the woman there yelled, "Be careful! Don't fall!" Someone downstairs then went to check for the car on the lot. I saw her walk past all the rows of cars, look inside one, and slowly walk back. The wait was agonizing. When she handed me the keys, she remarked, "I just wanted to make you sweat." As if sweating from the desert weather wasn't enough.
Overall, Enterprise customer service was awesome and would highly recommend.
