  • Went for an X-ray and was told would be 30-40 mins wait. This always about 415. Didn't get called back until 5:45. What got me was half the staff left around 5. Why would you leave a room full of patients to wait hours some with slings or in obvious pain and send people home. As much business as I have personally given Simon Med you think they could afford to keep staff longer to take care of people or come up with a better way to manage the work flow. Ive been in health care for 30 years and this wouldn't fly in my office. I won't be back.
