Sale Rep named Rory is an absolutely wonderful saleswoman. She knows her Apple gear. She should be promoted, as she represents Apple to the ninth degree, and her enthusiasm and knowledge are what customers like me look for when visiting the store for help. The Genius Bar people seem to know their stuff. My only issue is that they don't have enough parts in stock to fix the computers quickly, relying on ordering parts which makes the wait times much longer from perhaps 2 days to more than 5 days an up. I have been without my iMac for 5 days and actually had to call them today to find out if the parts finally came in, which according to them, they did. Now it's a matter of waiting until they run their tests on my iMac. This iMac is a replacement iMac for a lemon I had a few years back. This iMac is now having issues after a little over 1 year. This gives me great concern. Luckily I have Apple Care or I would be one very angry customer. I have actually been thinking of jumping ship and going to a windows machine due to the change in quality in regards to Apple Products. Also, can someone tell me why when upgrading my iPhone from a 4 to a 5S, and using the same carrier, the phone seems to have less battery power and more dropped calls? I find that rather odd. Now I wait for my phone call that my iMac is ready. Will update once I get it back.
