rev:text	Very poor customer service. Quite some time ago, I had signed up for their "birthday club" program. The idea being that you would get a free small ice cream on your birthday. About a week ago (7 days before my birthday), I got an email saying that on my birthday, a coupon would be emailed for the free small scoop. My birthday came and went and NOTHING arrived. So I went in today in person to inquire (even though it is the day after my birthday now). Turns out that the free small ice cream is only a BOGO promotion - NOT free at all!! The girl was completely unwilling to do anything about it or try to help resolve the situation. She wrote the name of an absent manager down on a piece of paper and blew me off. Really?!? This is how they value their customers? I eat at this Coldstone ALL the time and have spent lots of money there. But honoring their loyal customer with a free small cone on his birthday is too much to ask?! I will NOT go back. In fact, I'm inclined to stop giving any more business to Coldstone at all. Incidentally, there is a Baskin Robins just down the street (at Reems Rd and Waddell, just behind the Chevron station) and they had no problem honoring a birthday cone gesture - and you didn't even need a coupon! Their staff was friendly and welcoming. They made you feel like they're happy your there. I think their ice cream is better than Coldstone too. They will have my business from now on!
