  • Went few times for mani and eyebrow waxing. The quality of nail art were good, but a bit pricy. The eyebrow waxing is really good and my eyebrows have their nice shape now. BUT, my appt got cancelled twice without a good reason. The 1st time is because they were running really late (I was there early that time, but I think they took walk-ins and they cannot finish) and after waiting for 30 mins, they told me they cannot do my nails, so I end up only doing my eyebrow. That's the day before my trip, I really want my nails done so I booked appt. But I guess I don't have the luck. The 2nd time I know they might be busy so I only booked for eyebrow waxing one week early just want to get ready for Xmas. Then they called me one day before my appt said because they were tightly booked so they have to cancel my appt. I understand that only eyebrow waxing is not much money, but I booked in advance and it only takes about 10 mins. So you guys have to cancel a pre-booked 10 mins appt during Xmas just want to fit more nails appt? How many nails can you do in 10 mins? I don't get it. And it doesn't seems you feel sorry to cancel my appt when you guys calling me. Won't go back. If I book appt and have to cancel it, why I need to book then. Now I found a nice nail bar can do as good nails as this one with lower price and close to my home plus their service is really good.
