  • I have used the service department for years and they have been amazing! I recently decided to trade my Fit and Civic in for brand new 2015 Fit's and our Salesman Charlie was amazing and I love the cars! I understand that during the process you must go through "The Finance Man" and I was prepared for such an encounter but this one leaves me speechless. The name Cory Caldarazzo will most likely always haunt me. He belittled me and was outright rude for no reason at all. I only had one question about the GAP insurance he placed in my paperwork as well as an additional insurance for over $2,000 on each car (I think it's fair that I get an answer to a question that results in me spending extra thousands of dollars) and he basically exploded......I was in awe and have no idea why he would treat anyone like this. I loved the cars and I loved Charlie so I bought both cars. I was still pondering Corey's behavior so I asked him "I am I doing something to annoy you in some way"? and he raised his voice and stated the question back to me so I politely replied "YES" and he walked away never to be seen again. Great dealership all around please just be aware of Corey Caldarazzo!!!!!!!!
